Updates after launch
$50 each
Menu changes, new photos, holiday hours, an extra page. I usually batch them so several small changes come out to one $50 charge instead of $50-each-time.

Monthly retainers
If you want a monthly "website maintenance plan," I'm the wrong guy. One-time build, occasional updates as needed. Cleaner for both of us.

I'm Vincent. I live in Toledo. I build websites for the businesses around me.
Most small businesses in Toledo run on Facebook pages. They lose customers who Google them and find nothing — or worse, find an out-of-date Squarespace from 2019 with the wrong phone number.
I make sites that match the actual room. If you have an antique steakhouse, your site shouldn't look like a Bootstrap template. If your specialty is heart-sprinkled chicken and waffles, that's the hero photo. If you're cash-only and proud of it, that's a feature, not a footnote.
The price is $350 flat because the site is already built.You saw it before you paid for anything. There's no discovery call, no proposal back-and-forth, no "let me get my designer on the line." I'm the designer. The site is the proposal.
Outside of this, I work on Hekhal (open public cross-tradition mystical reference) and computational chemistry research published on ChemRxiv + OSF. Toledo is home base.
